目的了解近年来本校师生的抗菌药物应用情况,为促进高校安全、有效、经济、合理用药提供依据。方法对本校2010年7月~2013年6月的购药数据及处方点评情况进行了回顾性总结与分析。结果本院抗菌药物占药品总收入比例,门、急诊使用率及住院患者使用率均逐年明显下降;药学干预使得不合理处方比例下降;抗菌药物购药金额及使用频率逐年递增,尤以特殊使用级抗菌药物的增长明显。结论本校不存在抗菌药物滥用的情况,但有少数不合理应用现象,需要医务人员与全校师生共同参与到抗菌药物合理应用的宣传与教育中来。
Objective To understand the application of antibacterials to teachers and students in our university in recent years, and to provide the basis for promoting the safe, effective, economical and rational use of drugs in colleges and universities. Methods The data from July 2010 to June 2013 in our school were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively. Results The proportion of antibacterial drugs in total medicine, door, emergency use rate and inpatient use rate decreased significantly year by year; the proportion of unreasonable prescription decreased with the intervention of pharmacy; the purchase amount of antibacterial drug and frequency of use increased year by year, especially for special use Grade antibacterials increased significantly. Conclusion There is no abuse of antibacterial drugs in our school, but there are a few unreasonable application phenomena, which require medical staff and teachers and students in the school to participate in the publicity and education of rational use of antibacterials.
