我们用吡喹酮治疗华支睾吸虫病733例时,出现1例频发室性早搏。用该药治疗华支睾吸虫病引起这样的副作用文献上未见报道,特将本病例报告如下。病例男,16岁,农民,因粪检华支睾吸虫卵阳性,于1980年10月22日入院治疗。近半年来常觉头晕,上腹不适,肝区疼痛。既往无心脏病史。入院体检:发育营养一般,体重50kg,血压100/72,全身皮肤无皮疹和出血点,巩膜无黄染,心界不大,心律整,心率60次,腹软,肝肋下1cm,无压痛,脾未触及。实验室检查:血红蛋白93％,白细胞分类计数:中性63％、淋巴26％、嗜酸粒7％、单核4％。血清SGPT104单位。尿正常。粪检华支睾吸虫卵阳性,克粪虫卵数1000个。
When we treated 733 cases of clonorchiasis with praziquantel, we found 1 case of frequent premature ventricular contractions. Laboratory tests: hemoglobin 93%, white blood cell count: neutral 63%, lymph 26%, 7% eosinophilic, mononuclear 4%. Serum SGPT104 units. Urine is normal. Stool fecal Clonorchis sinensis egg-positive, gram fecal eggs 1000.
