根据朗伯—比尔定律,吸收光程长b和被测物(吸光物质)浓度C的乘积是定值,因此从理论上来说无限延长b的长度,吸光物质的浓度C可能无限降低。为了测定溶液中的极其微弱的吸收,本文介绍延长光路长b的方法,即将长光路毛细吸收管(Long Capillary Cell,简称LCC)代替此色肌使用,延长光路长以控制被测物的用量,从而降低被测溶液浓度,提高测定灵敏度。
According to Lambert-Beer’s law, the product of the absorption optical path length b and the analyte concentration C is a constant value, so theoretically extending the length of b infinitely reduces the concentration C of the light absorbing material. In order to determine the extremely weak absorption in solution, this paper describes a method to extend the optical path length b, which uses the Long Capillary Cell (LCC) instead of this color muscle to extend the optical path length to control the amount of the analyte. Thereby reducing the concentration of the solution to be tested, increasing the sensitivity of the assay.
