增减挂钩项目中农户的搬迁速度及其影响因素研究——基于山西省泽州县125份问卷数据

利用晋城市泽州县125个农户的调研数据,对样本进行了统计描述。并运用spss19.0软件对农户的搬迁速度及其影响因素进行了logistic回归分析。结果表明:户主性别、耕地数量、住宅类型、住宅面积、子女教育、子女嫁娶、医疗看病、住房数量、住房价格、搬迁补偿、参与程度这些因素对农户的搬迁进度起显著的影响作用。其中参与程度的影响作用最大,户主性别与子女嫁娶影响作用较小。

Based on the survey data of 125 farmers in Zezhou County, Jincheng City, the sample was described statistically. And use spss19.0 software on the relocation of farmers and its influencing factors logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the factors such as head of household gender, cultivated land quantity, residential type, residential area, children’s education, children’s marriage, medical treatment, number of housing, housing price, relocation compensation and participation level had a significant effect on the relocation progress of farmers. Among them, the degree of participation has the greatest effect, and the influence of head of household gender and children’s marriage is small.
