近年来,随着市场经济体制和文化体制的改革,社会及用人单位对于艺术人才的质量提出了更高的标准,对人才的素质和能力有了新的要求。同时,招生就业制度的改革既为学校提供了机遇,也带来了无形的压力。学生缴费上学,自主择业,不包分配,对学校的教学质量和人才培养模式都提出了新的挑战。这些都要求学校必须面向社会、面向市场,不断转变培养人才的观念,努力探索培养人才的新途径。为学生多渠道就业创造条件,努力培养复合型、实用型的戏曲专业人才,以适应社会发展,符合市场需求的素质高能力强的新型戏曲专业艺术人才。
