目的探讨减少手术室保洁员职业损伤并有效预防医院感染的方法。方法对解放军309医院手术室保洁员职业损伤状况进行分析,并提出对策。结果保洁员自我防护意识薄弱,防护措施不到位。结论手术室保洁员是发生职业损伤的高危群体,应加强其职业安全防护教育、监督管理力度,采取积极的防护措施,降低职业暴露发生率。
Objective To explore ways to reduce occupational injuries in operating room cleaners and effectively prevent nosocomial infections. Methods The occupational injury status of operating room cleaners in 309 Hospital of People’s Liberation Army was analyzed and the countermeasures were put forward. Results cleaner self-protection awareness is weak, protective measures are not in place. Conclusion The operating room cleaner is a high risk group of occupational injuries. It should strengthen its occupational safety education, supervise and manage, and take active protective measures to reduce the incidence of occupational exposure.
