硒的分光光度法一般采用硒试剂作显色剂,由于其具有毒性,长期使用将对人体有害.我们在进行三元络合物直接萃取法测定钢中微量碲的研究时发现硒的显色反应与碲类似.经试验拟定了Se~(4+)—I~-—CTMAB三元体系直接萃取光度法测定钢中微克量硒的方法.本法灵敏、操作简便快速,适合于测定0.01~0.4%范围的硒.采用盐酸羟胺和EDTA—草酸作掩蔽剂,可消除钢中常见元素的干扰,仅碲干扰测定,待进一步解决.
Selenium spectrophotometry commonly used selenium reagent as a developer, because of its toxicity, long-term use will be harmful to human body .We conducted a ternary complex direct extraction method for the determination of trace amounts of tellurium in steel found that the color of selenium The reaction is similar to that of tellurium.The method of direct extraction spectrophotometric determination of micrograms of selenium in steel is developed by the method of Se ~ (4 +) - I ~ --CTMAB ternary system.The method is sensitive, easy to operate and fast and suitable for the determination of 0.01 ~ 0.4% range of selenium.Using hydroxylamine hydrochloride and EDTA-oxalic acid as a masking agent can eliminate the interference of common elements in steel, only tellurium interference determination, to be further resolved.
