This paper presents a model study of three cantilevered bridges with high cross-section. The purpose of these tests is to find the added value of the normal stress due to twisting and the state of vertical load distribution in the cross section. Initially, some tests were performed on the mechanical properties of the plastic material used for the model, the magnitude of the loading used in the test, and the durability of the material. The authors discuss the following topics, such as the use of materials in the tests, the mechanical properties of the materials, similar theories, the methods and analyzes of the tests, and the preliminary analysis of the final test results.
