美国特朗普新政包括减税、扩大基建投资以及贸易保护和移民等方面。中国在基建方面积累的优势,结合中国充裕的资本,为中国参与美国基础设施提供了支持。发挥中国的制度优势,积极协调各方力量,可有效挖掘美国扩大基础设施带来的投资机遇,增加中美经济外交的切入点。扩大基础设施投资是特朗普施政重要方向。美国在交通和电力等领域发展潜力巨大,但面临资金来源、经验积累和协调等困难。我国在这些领域积累了充分的经验、技术和产能,若能叠加资金优势,可推动我国走出去战略再上新台阶。
The U.S. Trump New Deal includes tax cuts, expanding capital investment and trade protection and immigration. China’s accumulated advantages in infrastructure construction, combined with its abundant capital, have provided China with support for its participation in U.S. infrastructure. By giving full play to China’s institutional advantages and actively coordinating with all parties, it can effectively tap the investment opportunities brought by the expansion of U.S. infrastructure and increase the entry points for the economic diplomacy between China and the United States. The expansion of infrastructure investment is an important direction for Trump’s administration. The United States has great potential for development in areas such as transportation and electricity but faces difficulties such as funding sources, experience accumulation and coordination. Our country has accumulated sufficient experience, technology and capacity in these fields. If we can supervise the advantages of capital, we can push our country’s going-out strategy to a new level.
