目的了解广州市致倦库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为控制蚊虫合理用药提供依据。方法选择4种常用杀虫剂,采用幼虫浸渍法对广州市3个中心城区(越秀、荔湾、天河)致倦库蚊幼虫进行抗药性测定。结果广州市越秀、荔湾、天河区致倦库蚊除对高效氯氰菊酯敏感外(R/S<2),对倍硫磷、氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯均产生了不同程度的抗性。3个城区的致倦库蚊对倍硫磷的抗性系数分别为2.77、1.84、1.16;对氯菊酯的抗性系数分别为8.25、10.80、8.35;对溴氰菊酯的抗性系数分别为45.87、12.29、4.65。结论在广州市蚊虫防治中,应落实媒介综合治理策略,以防抗药性的产生。
Objective To understand the resistance level of Culex pipiens pallens to commonly used insecticides in Guangzhou and to provide basis for the rational use of mosquitoes. Methods Four commonly used insecticides were selected and the larvae were used to test the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens larvae to three central urban areas in Guangzhou (Yuexiu, Liwan and Tianhe). Results The Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus in Yuexiu, Liwan and Tianhe districts of Guangzhou were resistant to beta-cypermethrin (R / S <2) and had different degrees of resistance to fenthion, permethrin and deltamethrin. The resistance coefficients of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus to fenthion in three urban areas were 2.77, 1.84 and 1.16, respectively. The resistance coefficients to permethrin were 8.25, 10.80 and 8.35, respectively. The resistance coefficients to deltamethrin were For 45.87,12.29,4.65. Conclusion In the prevention and treatment of mosquitoes in Guangzhou, a comprehensive media strategy should be implemented to prevent the emergence of drug resistance.
