研究了恶臭物质的采样及监测分析方法 ,建立了调查和评价程序 ,并分正常生产、停工检修和突发性排污三种工况对炼油厂装置区、厂界和附近居民区的恶臭污染状况进行了详细调查。结果表明 :主要恶臭污染物为硫化氢、有机硫化物、苯酚类、有机胺及有机酸等 ;装置在非正常工况下的临时放空和停工检修期恶臭污染最严重 ;正常生产情况下的主要恶臭污染源为碱渣处理装置、酸性水汽提装置、氨精制装置、硫磺回收装置和污水处理场。
The method of sampling and monitoring analysis of malodorous substances was researched. The investigation and evaluation procedures were established. The malodorous pollution status of refinery plant zone, factory boundary zone and nearby residential areas in normal operation, shutdown and overhaul, and sudden discharge was studied. Conducted a detailed investigation. The results showed that the main malodor pollutants were hydrogen sulfide, organic sulfides, phenols, organic amines and organic acids. The odor and foul pollution were the most serious in temporary venting and downtime in non-normal working conditions. Malodour sources are caustic soda treatment units, sour water stripping units, ammonia refining units, sulfur recovery units and sewage treatment plants.
