黄山大蒜是微山县黄山的地方品种。已有300年的栽培历史,是清乾隆年间的贡品。以其香辣浓郁、蒜泥粘稠、休眠期长、耐贮运等品质优良而闻名于世。目前,出口俄罗斯、美国等地,很受外商欢迎。一、品种特性植株生长势强,株高55～75cm,蒜头外皮白,内层皮微红。每头4～6瓣,肉质鳞瓣微黄。横径3～5cm,最高可达7～8cm,单头重25～40g,成薹率高,蒜薹色绿,质脆、细长,风味鲜美。该品种中晚熟,生育期230～240天。休眠期较长,室温下贮藏,翌年1月份才开始发芽。一般亩产1500kg左右。
