推进全民健身治理现代化是解决当前全民健身发展问题的长效之策,是彰显中国特色社会主义制度优势的重要举措,更是促进全民健身健康发展的根本保障。研究认为:推进全民健身治理现代化要在治理范围上从全能走向有限,治理标准上从人治走向法治,治理职能上从管制走向服务,治理格局上从封闭走向透明,并确立能力现代化、体制现代化、过程现代化等发展路径,鼓励多元主体参与,明晰治理责任权限,从而实现有效治理。
