2002年5月31日,江泽民在中央党校省部级干部进修班毕业典礼大会上强调指出,贯彻“三个代表”重要思想.关键在于坚持与时俱进。党的十六大报告则进一步指出,坚持与时俱进就是要求我们应站在时代的前列,立足于新的实践,把握时代的特点,认真研究和探索并解决现实中的重大问题,使我们的思想和理论充分反映时代的进步和发展的要求,体现时代特点和时代精神。江西省自考工作是真正体现了开拓创新的与时俱进精神的。
