首先介绍了理想热耦合精馏塔的基本结构及其节能原理,然后推导了其动态数学模型。该数学模型不仅可用于系统动态分析,而且更适合于系统稳态仿真。通过对一个苯和甲苯二元物系的分离计算,表明了理想热耦合精馏塔可以实现常规精馏塔的功能,也证实了它应用于实际过程的可能性
Firstly, the basic structure of an ideal thermal-coupled distillation column and its energy-saving principle are introduced, and then its dynamic mathematical model is deduced. The mathematical model can not only be used for system dynamic analysis, but also more suitable for system steady-state simulation. The separation calculation of a binary system of benzene and toluene shows that the ideal thermally coupled distillation column can realize the function of a conventional distillation column and also confirms the possibility of applying it to the actual process
