在车削加工中,当遇到内、外球面,内、外环形圆弧,阶梯轴过渡圆弧等零件时,通常是采取手工剥圆或成型车刀来加工的。但手工剥圆对操作工人的技术要求较高,劳动强度大,加工质量不稳定。当使用成型车刀来加工球面时,如工件批量较小或被加工件圆弧R较大时,很不经济。因此,各种型式的车球面工具就随着不同的需要应运而生了。但大部分工具由于设计结构上的原因,普遍存在有内、外球面不通用,尺寸限制性较大等缺点。我们通过调查研究,在外厂经验的启发下,设计制造了一种能车削内外球面的工具。实践证明,此工具的通用性强,并能在孔中加工环形凹凸弧面,加工半径的下限很小,现简介如下:
