目的建立牛蒡子颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别牛蒡子;用紫外分光光度法测定总木脂素苷的含量;用HPLC法测定牛蒡苷的含量。结果总木脂素苷的线性范围为23.6～82.6μg(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为98.16%。牛蒡苷的线性范围为1.116～2.604μg(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.99%。结论所建方法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用以控制牛蒡子颗粒的质量。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Arctium lappa granules. Methods The Arctium lappa L. was identified by TLC. The content of total lignin was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The content of arctiin was determined by HPLC. Results The linear range of total lignin glycosides was 23.6 ~ 82.6μg (r = 0.9998) with the average recovery of 98.16%. Arctiin linear range of 1.116 ~ 2.604μg (r = 0.9999), the average recovery was 98.99%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of Arctium lappa L. granules.
