社会学研究方法对其他学科产生了广泛的影响。把社会学的研究方法引入军事法研究,既具有可能性,又具有必要性。可能性表现在:二者的研究对象具有交叉性;二者研究目的或意义具有相似性;二者的研究方法和手段具有借鉴性;有法社会学的成功研究范例。必要性表现在:澄清军事法的概念,奠定军事法作为独立法律部门的基础;确定军事法研究的价值取向;探索军事法研究的新进路,开拓军事法研究的范围。
Sociological research methods have had a wide range of other disciplines. It is both possibility and necessary to introduce sociological research method into military law research. The possibilities are as follows: the research objects of the two are interdependent; the research purposes or meanings of the two are similar; the research methods and means of the two have reference; the successful research paradigm of legal sociology. The necessity lies in clarifying the concept of military law, laying the foundation of military law as an independent legal department, determining the value orientation of military law research, exploring new approaches to the study of military law and opening up the scope of the study of military law.
