炮眼布置是斫岩爆破工作中的一个重要环节,它的合理与否,直接影响爆破效率和掘进速度。特别是在机械化程度较高,装岩、运输速度较快的坑道施工中尤为突出。炮眼布置考虑的因素很多,但关键在于掏槽眼的形式和间距,因为掏槽眼起着创造自由面的作用,是影响其它炮眼爆破效果和循环进尺的决定因素。为了适应机械化的发展,提高循环进尺,我们在2×2米~2坑道断面掘进中,采用了直线掏槽的布眼方法,对提高爆破效率,加快施工进度起到了一定作用。现将我们做法介绍如下。
The hole arrangement is an important part in the rock blasting work. Whether it is reasonable or not has a direct impact on blasting efficiency and tunneling speed. Especially in the higher degree of mechanization, rock loading, transport faster tunnel construction is particularly prominent. There are many factors to consider in the placement of a hole, but the key lies in the form and spacing of the hole, because the hole plays the role of creating a free surface and is the decisive factor that affects the blasting effect and circulation of other holes. In order to adapt to the development of mechanization and improve the recycling rate, we adopted the method of straight cutting for the hole in 2 × 2 m ~ 2 tunnels, which played an important role in improving blasting efficiency and speeding up the construction schedule. Now we introduce the following practices.
