目的研究医院规范化膳食护理对糖尿病患者的效果并进行分析。方法选取2016年1月至2016年5月我院确诊的糖尿病患者104例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各52例。两组病人均接受常规治疗和饮食宣教,观察组给予医院规范化膳食护理,对照组自行解决就餐。分别对比两组患者血糖、血脂、血压以及生活质量的变化情况。结果治疗后观察组FBG、F2BG、HbA1C水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后观察组TC、TG、LDL水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组收缩压、舒张压水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组SF-36的各项评分水平均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论医院规范化膳食护理可有效改善糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、血压水平,同时提高患者生活质量。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of standardization dietary care on patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Totally 104 diabetic patients diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2016 were divided into observation group (52 cases) and control group (52 cases) according to random number table. The two groups of patients received routine treatment and diet education, the observation group to the hospital standardized dietary care, the control group to solve their own meals. Blood glucose, blood lipids, blood pressure and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of FBG, F2BG and HbA1C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05). The levels of TC, TG and LDL in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05). Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05). The scores of SF-36 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Standardized hospital nursing can effectively improve the level of blood sugar, blood lipid and blood pressure in diabetic patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
