目的对一株于2003年6月分离自缅甸进口虾的沙门氏菌新血清型的鉴定。方法采用常规生化试验和免疫血清凝集素吸收与位相逆转试验及唑菌体裂解试验方法。结果该菌生化反应符合肠道沙门氏菌肠道亚种(Senterica subsp.enterica)定义和能被沙门氏菌O-I唑菌体裂解,免疫家兔所得O和H抗血清经凝集素吸收试验证实该菌具有一个新的O抗原(暂命名为O:68),位相逆转试验证实其抗原式为68:r:z6。结论该菌是Kauffmann-White表解〔1,2〕尚未叙述过的一个新血清型,暂命名为昆明沙门氏菌(Salmonella Kunming)。
Objective To identify a new Salmonella serotype isolated from shrimp imported from Burma in June 2003. Methods The routine biochemical tests and immune serum lectin absorption and phase reversal test and pyrazole cell lysis test method. Results The biochemical reaction of the bacterium was in accordance with the definition of Senterica subsp. Enterica and was cleaved by Salmonella OI. The immunized rabbits received O and H antiserum and the lectin absorption test confirmed that the bacterium had a new Of the O antigen (tentatively named O: 68), phase inversion test confirmed that its antigenic formula is 68: r: z6. Conclusions This bacterium is a new serotype not yet described in the Kauffmann-White solution [1, 2], tentatively named Salmonella Kunming.
