福建无烟煤是我国最难燃烧的煤种。挥发分含量最低,约2—4%;析出缓慢,又无集中析出的峰值,燃烧中瞬时浓度极低。长期以来依靠助燃油来维持燃烧,每度电油耗达60克,燃烧仍不稳定,燃烧效率仅73%,飞灰含碳量达45%。燃烧处于极不正常状态。 本文为国家“六五”重点科技攻关项目。由福建省电力中心试验所和厦门电厂的共同协作,研制成功,大大改善了福建无烟煤的燃烧稳定性。并使锅炉效率提高5.8%,助燃油耗下降50%左右。使福建无烟煤的燃烧技术得到了很大发展。
Fujian anthracite is China’s most difficult to burn coal.
