目的建立高效液相色谱法测定活血复脉合剂中原儿茶醛的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(20:80,V/V),检测波长为280 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min~(-1),进样量为20μL,柱温为25℃。采用峰面积外标法定量。结果原儿茶醛进样浓度在5.437 5~174μg·mL~(-1)范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r~2=1,n=5),平均加样回收率为99.4%,精密度为0.51%。结论该法专属性强,简便准确,精密度、稳定性、重复性良好,可以用于活血复脉合剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of protocatechuic aldehyde in Huoxue Fumai Mixture. The average recoveries were 99.4%, precision 0.51%. Conclusion The method is specific, simple and accurate, precise, stable and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Huoxue Fuyi Mixture.
