话语分析从20世纪50年代开始,汲取诸多领域学者的研究成果,于80年代步入快速发展时期,至今已取得了不菲的研究成果。人们对话语角色、话语与话语角色之间关系的认识与研究是一个逐渐认知、不断深化的过程。在相对较长的认识、研究过程中,学者们逐渐认识到,只有依赖从自然环境中产生的语言材料,考察说话者和听话者的会话过程,重视对话语角色与社会角色、话语角色之间关系的研究,考察语言手段和话语策略对话语角色的影响,才能更深入地理解、揭示话语发生和发展的内在机制和规律。
