为了进一步了解精囊疾病超声声像图特点，应用超声检查２５例正常人、１１例前列腺增生和３１例精囊疾病患者的精囊长径和厚径，结果发现正常组与病例组间的测值有较为明显的差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。测出的正常值与以往文献报道基本相似，并同时发现病例组的精囊各径值明显大于正常值。文中还对精囊及精囊疾病的超声图像特点和实用价值作了初步的探讨。
