随着我国高速公路及高速铁路的快速发展,以压路机为代表的压实机械呈现出了快速增长的态势。据中国工程机械工业协会路面与压实机械分会统计,我国2010年累计销售压路机25581台,同比增长56.62%。从近10年来看,压路机销量不断攀升的同时,压路机整机技术性能也得到了长足进步,产品系列化、多元化发展趋势明显,在吨位、振动频率、振动方式等方面表现十分突出。然而,这些产品是否完全能适应目前的施工工艺?大吨位和高频振动压路机是压实工艺需要还是制造厂家的一种炒作噱头?
With the rapid development of highways and high-speed railways in our country, the compaction machinery represented by road rollers has shown a rapid growth trend. According to statistics of China Construction Machinery Industry Association pavement and compaction machinery branch, China’s total sales of roller 25,581 units in 2010, an increase of 56.62%. From the past 10 years, roller sales continue to rise at the same time, roller machine technical performance has also made considerable progress, product serialization, diversified development trend obvious, in terms of tonnage, vibration frequency, vibration and other aspects of the performance is very prominent. However, are these products perfectly suited to the current construction process? Are large tonnage and high-frequency vibratory rollers a complication for compaction or manufacturer?
