以龙粳31号和空育131为材料,采用随机试验设计,研究膜下滴灌旱种下肥水耦合对寒地水稻品质的影响。结果表明:膜下滴灌旱种下2种肥料处理对两品种的碾磨品质、粒型和米饭食味评分值影响不显著;膜下滴灌旱种下2种水分处理对两品种的垩白粒率、垩白度、蛋白质含量和米饭食味评分值的影响不显著;与对照相比,膜下滴灌旱种下以体积含水量降至饱和含水量的80%为控水下限的水分管理能够保持或提高空育131的整精米率;膜下滴灌旱种下的2种水分、肥料处理降低了空育131的垩白粒率和垩白度,增加了空育131的直链淀粉含量,提高了空育131的米饭食味评分。与对照相比,膜下滴灌旱种下的2种水分、肥料处理降低了龙粳31号的整精米率和米饭食味评分;膜下滴灌旱种下以体积含水量降至饱和含水量的80%为控水下限的水分管理,同时分蘖肥与穗肥用量同对照相同的处理(S2F2)能够降低龙粳31号的垩白粒率和垩白度。
