目的:观察二至天癸颗粒对促排卵小鼠子宫内膜厚度及组织形态学指标的影响。方法:选用健康性成熟昆明种小鼠30只,随机分为治疗组(中药配合HMG组)、模型组(HMG组)和正常组(生理盐水组),于检栓第4天(D4)上午脱颈处死小鼠,宫角作石蜡包埋切片,行子宫内膜厚度及组织形态学指标测量。结果:模型组小鼠D4子宫内膜发育明显延迟,子宫内膜发育成熟率为30%,显著低于正常组,且内膜与间质发育可见不同步;治疗组内膜成熟率可达90%,与模型组比较,有极显著性差异,且治疗组子宫内膜腺体面积及腺腔面积与正常组接近,较模型组明显增加。结论:二至天癸颗粒可明显改善HMG促排卵周期子宫内膜组织形态学指标,提高子宫内膜成熟度,这可能是该方补肾益天癸改善子宫内膜容受性作用机制的一个方面。
Objective: To observe the effect of Erzhi Tianqi Granule on the endometrium thickness and histomorphological indexes of ovulation-promoting mice. METHODS: Thirty healthy Kunming mice were selected and randomly divided into treatment group (Chinese medicine combined with HMG group), model group (HMG group) and normal group (normal saline group). On the fourth day of the thrombectomy (D4) morning Mice were sacrificed by cervical dissection, paraffin-embedded sections were made in the horns of the uterine horn, and endometrial thickness and histomorphometric indices were measured. RESULTS: In the model group, the D4 endometrium development was significantly delayed, and the development and maturation rate of the endometrium was 30%, which was significantly lower than that of the normal group. The intimal and interstitial development was not synchronized. The intima maturation rate of the treatment group was 90. %, compared with the model group, there is a very significant difference, and the treatment group endometrium gland area and gland area close to the normal group, significantly increased compared with the model group. Conclusion: Erzhi Tianqi Granules can significantly improve the morphological parameters of endometrial tissues of HMG in the period of ovulation induction and increase the degree of endometrial maturation. This may be one aspect of the mechanism of the improvement of endometrial receptivity by the Bushen Yitianyu.
