帕莱通铁矿位于老挝南部的占巴色省帕同鹏县帕莱通村一带,矿区中心地理坐标东经106°07′02″,北纬14°43′04″。探矿权为四川汇源公司所拥有,目前矿区正在开展勘探工作,预测铁矿石资源量大于1.5亿t,属大型铁矿床。1区域成矿地质背景帕莱通铁矿大地构造位置处于南方-印支板块的中南部,地处波罗芬高原玄武岩南部,隶属于万象-昆嵩微陆块(图1)。区内地层发育齐全、岩浆活动频繁。其中,元古界-下古生界为一套碳
Paleng iron ore is located in Paleotong Village, Pai Peng Peng County, in the southern province of Laos. The geographical coordinates of the mining center are 106 ° 07’02 “east longitude and 14 ° 43’04” north latitude. The prospecting right is owned by Sichuan Huiyuan Company. At present, the exploration work is underway in the mining area. It is estimated that the iron ore resources amount to more than 150 million tons, which belongs to a large iron ore deposit. Geological background of the regional metallogenetic Paleotong iron ore tectonism is located in the south-central-southern Indian Plate, is located in the southern Permian plateau basalt, under the Vientiane - Kun Song micro-block (Figure 1). Stratigraphic development in the area is complete, magmatic activity is frequent. Among them, the Proterozoic - Lower Paleozoic for a set of carbon
