目前,国内仍广泛采用磷酸三丁酯萃淋树脂(CL-TBP)反相色层分离,偶氮胂Ⅰ光度法测定矿石中铀,但在用水解吸固定相中的铀时,有少量TBP从固定相中流失,因而使待显色溶液浑浊。为消除这一影响,需将解吸液蒸干,加HClO_4蒸至白烟冒尽以破坏TBP,再接后继续操作,因而方法较耗时。本试验发现加入乳化剂OP(聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚)对少量TBP有增溶作用,从而省略了方法中的蒸干解吸液破坏TBP和转移这两步操作,简化了操作过程。
