党的十一届三中全会明确了工作重点的转移,现在全党、全国都以经济建设为中心,各级领导都十分重视产品质量,认定质量是企业的生命。企业政治工作更要把发展生产力,提高产品质量作为己任。我们要依靠思想政治工作来提高企业全员的质量意识,为提高产品质量服务。 近两年来,我厂政工部门为提高企业的产品质量,增强职工的质量意识,配合质量管理部门做了以下几件事。
The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party made it clear that the focus of work is shifting. Now that the entire party and the nation are centered on economic construction, leaders at all levels attach great importance to product quality and the quality of the work is the life of the company. The corporate political work must also take responsibility for the development of productivity and product quality. We must rely on ideological and political work to improve the quality awareness of all employees in the company and improve product quality. In the past two years, the political department of our factory has done the following things to improve the product quality of the company, enhance the quality awareness of employees, and cooperate with the quality management department.
