中国证监会昆明特派办:你办《关于上报(云南恒丰期货经纪有限公司保证金退付危机处理方案)的紧急请示》(昆证办[2000]97号)收悉。现批复如下:一、原则同意云南恒丰期货经纪有限公司制订的保证金退付危机处理方案。二、请你办接此批复后,督促并监督云南恒丰期货经纪有限公司按照该方案抓紧组织保证金退付,并将退付结果上报我会。三、在云南恒丰期货经纪有限公司保证金退付危机处理完毕后,同意云南铜业集团有限公司作为主要发起人组建一家期货经纪公司。组建期限为6个月,如遇合理原因不能如期完成组建工作,可向我会申请适当延长。
