患者女性、23岁。围产期(孕8~-月)检查,常规产检(-),本孕异常情况,孕40~-天时,感冒,发烧,曾用“速效伤风胶囊”及土霉素等药。B超:于耻骨联合上可见一胎头圆形光环,双顶径8.0cm,脑中线居中,脊柱排列整齐,羊水最大内径9.6cm,胎盘位于子宫左后壁,最厚4.2cm,内可见少数光点回声,左下腹可见巨大胎心6.4×4.9cm,心尖四腔图可见心内无房间隔回声,心房4.4×4.9cm,左心室2.0cm右心室2.09cm,室间隔连续完整。二.三尖瓣相距0.8cm,活动良好。彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)单心房
