中国聚氨酯工业协会异氰酸酯专业委员会成立于1994年12月,是所属于中国聚氨酯工业协会的二级分会。业务上受中国聚氨酯工业协会,国有资产监督管理委员及中国石油和化学工业协会指导。中国聚氨酯工业协会异氰酸酯专业委员会是由中国境内生产异氰酸酯,或是海外生产异氰酸酯并且在中国建有系统料中心的制造商自愿组成的社会团体。秉持着实现异氰酸酯行业的可持续发展,及造福社会大众这一最终目标,委员于2007年初完成了内部的变更和
