将黄芪等药物进行水煎提取正交试验 ,分别以水提取物得量和黄芪甲甙收率作考察指标 ,数据作方差分析。结果表明 ,各因素间无显著性差异。
The decocted water extracts of Astragali and other drugs were subjected to orthogonal test. The yield of water extract and the yield of Astragaloside were used as the inspection indexes. The data were analyzed for variance. The results showed that there was no significant difference among the factors.
