目的评价某低辐射镀膜玻璃建设项目职业病危害控制效果,为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供依据。方法收集相关资料,进行职业卫生学调查和职业危害因素检测,采用检查表法和定性、定量分析法进行综合评价。结果粉尘、噪声、高温、热辐射、化学毒物是低辐射镀膜玻璃生产的主要职业病危害因素。检测结果表明,30个接尘工种中4个工种作业人员接触粉尘浓度超过国家职业接触限值;作业人员接触一氧化碳、氮氧化物、二氧化硫、二氧化锡、碳酸钠浓度低于国家职业接触限值;镀膜操作工接触异丙醇浓度超过国家职业接触限值;对33个接触噪声的工种进行了噪声等效声级测定,其中4个工种作业工人接触的8 h等效声级超过职业接触限值的规定;高温作业人员WBGT指数符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该项目属于职业病严重的建设项目,该项目职业病危害控制措施基本可行、有效,但需加强对粉尘、毒物及噪声的职业病危害控制措施。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a low-e coated glass construction project and provide the basis for approval of construction projects by health administrative departments. Methods Collecting relevant data, conducting occupational hygiene investigation and occupational hazards testing, using the checklist method and qualitative and quantitative analysis for comprehensive evaluation. Results Dust, noise, high temperature, heat radiation and chemical poisons are the main occupational hazards in the production of low-E coated glass. The test results showed that the contact dust concentration of 4 tradesmen in 30 dust-exposed workers exceeded the national occupational exposure limit. The exposure of workers to carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, tin dioxide and sodium carbonate was lower than the national occupational exposure limits ; The contact concentration of isopropanol by coating operators exceeded the national occupational exposure limit; noise equivalent sound level was measured for 33 exposure noise types, of which, the equivalent sound level of 8 h exposure for 4 trades workers exceeded the occupational exposure limit The value of the provisions of high temperature workers WBGT index in line with national occupational health standards. Conclusion This project belongs to the construction project with serious occupational diseases. The control measures of occupational hazards in this project are basically feasible and effective, but the control measures of occupational hazards to dust, poison and noise need to be strengthened.
