本文研究了不同时效状态下Al—2.55Li—1.01Mg合金的变形与断裂行为,并结合显微组织进行了分析。结果表明:在固溶态和短时间时效状态下,合金的断裂主要是共面滑移导致的穿晶断裂;在长时间时效状态下,合金的断裂主要是晶界弱化造成的沿晶断裂。
In this paper, the deformation and fracture behavior of Al-2.55Li-1.01Mg alloy under different aging conditions were studied and the microstructure was analyzed. The results show that the rupture of the alloy is mainly caused by the co-planar slip of the transgranular fracture under both solid-solution and short-time aging conditions. The rupture of the alloy is mainly caused by the weakening of the intergranular fracture under long-time aging conditions.
