油田是国家最为重要的石油供应基地,油田的安全不仅对当地的经济发展产生着重要的影响,甚至对于国家的经济发展都起到了至关重要的作用。因此,保证油田的安全是必要的。油田的保卫人员作为保卫油田的卫士,在保卫油田的安全方面发挥着不容忽视的作用。本文主要分析了当前油田的保卫人员思想政治工作方面的现状,并提出了一些加强油田保卫人员思想政治工作的可行性建议。
Oilfields are the country’s most important oil supply base. The safety of oilfields not only has an important impact on the local economic development, but also plays an essential role in the economic development of the country. Therefore, to ensure the safety of the oil field is necessary. Oilfield defenders, as defenders guarding the oil fields, play an important role in defending the safety of oil fields. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of the ideological and political work of the defenders in the current oilfields and puts forward some feasible suggestions on how to strengthen the ideological and political work of defending the oilfields.
