磷酸镁水泥(MPC)是一种新型胶凝材料,常用作快速修补材料,并取得了良好的效果,但关于磷酸镁水泥的界面过渡区的研究目前却十分缺乏。采用XRD、SEM以及EDX等方法对磷酸镁水泥与抛光大理石界面处的物相、微观形貌进行了分析,同时也对界面过渡区的各元素分布进行了测试,对磷酸镁水泥的界面过渡区进行了分析。实验结果表明,磷酸镁水泥在界面处与内部的水化产物晶体生长状况均良好,界面过渡区晶体生长状况与内部差别不大,在加水拌合1h后有大量生长状况良好的水化产物晶体形成,随着龄期的增加,晶体会逐渐增大、增多,晶粒形状也会发生一定变化,结合EDX分析界面过渡区元素变化情况可知,在界面处有大量的Mg及P元素分布,但在距离界面70μm后分布才有一定规律。
