针对煤矿井下现场存在大量电磁干扰,且煤岩动力灾害中受载煤岩破裂的电磁辐射信号的产生具有突发性、连续性,研制煤岩的电磁辐射信号的监测装置.采用高性能DSP处理器TMS320LF2812和可编程门阵列FPGA为监测系统的核心,进行外围电路的设计.最后进行煤岩压缩破裂试验,对其电磁辐射信号进行监测.研究结果表明:该装置能够较准确提取出煤岩破裂过程中产生的电磁辐射信号,并且能够进行连续波形采集、处理及存储,为能够准确的获取煤岩破裂的电磁辐射前兆信息提供基础.
Aiming at the presence of a large number of electromagnetic interferences in the coal mine site and the generation of electromagnetic radiation signals with broken coal and rock during the coal and rock dynamic disasters, it has the characteristics of suddenness and continuity and the development of a monitoring device for electromagnetic radiation signals of coal and rock.
