介绍了一种利用ZigBee技术实现煤矿井下无线读卡器的设计。本读卡器主要通过对无线数据的采集、转发并可最多10级的无线级联来实现煤矿井下数据的无线传输。目前利用这种技术的KJ208-D无线读卡器主要应用于KJ208人员定位管理系统当中。本读卡器使用TI公司生产的可靠的无线收发芯片CC2430来设计无线收发和无线组网模块,采用多种编码及抗干扰措施,以保证无线数据可靠地传输。
This paper introduces a design of using ZigBee technology to realize wireless card reader in coal mine. The reader mainly through wireless data collection, forwarding and up to 10 wireless cascade to achieve wireless transmission of coal mine data. Currently using this technology KJ208-D wireless card reader is mainly used in KJ208 personnel positioning management system. The reader uses TI’s reliable wireless transceiver chip CC2430 to design wireless transceiver and wireless networking modules, using a variety of coding and anti-jamming measures to ensure the reliable transmission of wireless data.
