糖尿病性神经病变是糖尿病常见并发症之一。我科从1977年4月～1984年2月对108例糖尿病人进行神经系统的临床和有关实验室检查。现将糖尿病神经系统并发症的早期诊断和有关资料总结报告如下:资料、方法和结果一般资料:男57例,女51例。年龄最小8岁,最大80岁,平均44岁。糖尿病患病最高年龄分别为41～50岁及50～60岁年龄组。1.症状分析:本组108例中下肢麻木和疼痛占70.2%,而主诉肢体无力占16.3%,肢体瘫痪极少只有一例。植物神经症状多汗28例占25.9%,手足少汗30例占27.7%,皮
Diabetic neuropathy is one of the common complications of diabetes. Our department from April 1977 to February 1984 on 108 cases of diabetic patients with clinical and related laboratory tests of the nervous system. Now the early diagnosis of diabetic neurological complications and related data are summarized as follows: Information, methods and results General information: 57 males and 51 females. Youngest 8 years old, maximum 80 years old, average 44 years old. The highest prevalence of diabetes were 41 to 50 years old and 50 to 60 years old age group. 1. Symptom analysis: The group of 108 cases of lower limb numbness and pain accounted for 70.2%, while the main complaint of limb weakness accounted for 16.3%, very few cases of paralysis in limbs. 28 cases of autonomic symptoms hyperhidrosis accounted for 25.9%, hand, foot and sweat 30 cases accounted for 27.7% of the skin
