为解决杭州市农村幼教师资培养难题,杭州市教育局与杭州市科技职业技术学院教育学院联手,尝试院地合作,定向培养农村幼教师资。具体做法是:地方政府制定扶持性政策,吸引优质生源;院地合作,构建实践导向的开放型培养体系,建立毕业生专业发展后续支持系统等。这一院地合作定向培养方式有利于向农村输送合格的幼教师资。
In order to solve the problem of teacher training for rural kindergarten in Hangzhou, Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Education and Hangzhou Institute of Science and Technology Institute of Technology joined forces to try to cooperate with each other and to train rural kindergarten teachers. The specific approach is: local governments to develop supportive policies to attract high-quality students; cooperation in institutions to build a practice-oriented open-type training system, the establishment of graduate professional development follow-up support system. This hospital’s cooperative orientation training method is conducive to the delivery of qualified kindergarten teachers in rural areas.
