胃内容吸入后的肺功能不全在临床常可遇到,但其临床表现各异,与吸入量、酸度及细菌感染有关。本文研究吸入盐酸(HCL)对家兔肺泡巨噬细胞功能的影响,全部实验采用重2~4公斤的New Zealand白兔。共分三组,实验组(6只)、对照组(7只)及皮质类固醇治疗组(8只)。用Dudley和Marsha-改良法,经气管插管注入HCl(pH1.5,渗透压290毫渗量/升,剂量4ml/kg),注射(实验组)或模拟气管手术(对照组)后4小时,用Myrvik等的改良法,以pH7.4Hank氏生理盐溶液25毫升行支气管肺泡灌洗,保留半分钟
Gastric insufficiency after inhalation of the lungs often encountered in clinical practice, but its clinical manifestations vary, and inhalation, acidity and bacterial infection. In this paper, we investigated the effects of inhaled hydrochloric acid (HCL) on the function of alveolar macrophages in rabbits. All the experiments used New Zealand white rabbits weighing 2 ~ 4 kg. Divided into three groups, experimental group (6), control group (7) and corticosteroid treatment group (8). HCl (pH 1.5, osmolality 290 ml osmosis / dose, 4 ml / kg dose), 4 hours after injection (experimental group) or simulated tracheal surgery (control group) by endotracheal intubation with Dudley and Marsha- , With Myrvik other improved method to pH7.4 Hank’s physiological saline solution 25 ml bronchoalveolar lavage, to retain half a minute
