目的:探讨活血化瘀中药在骨折早期治疗中的抗自由基损害作用。方法:检测骨折早期病人治疗前及治疗后第四天的血清LPO、SOD含量,分别对非中药治疗组和中药治疗组进行治疗前后比较,同时与正常对照组比较,予显著性t检查。结果:骨折早期病人血清LPO较正常对照组升高,SOD下降(P<0.001);非中药组治疗后第四天血清LPO、SOD较治疗前无显著性差异(P>0.05);中药组治疗后第四天血清LPO较治疗前下降,SOD升高(P<0.001)。结论:骨折早期病人中存在着自由基损害这一病理过程。活血化瘀中药有抗自由基损害及提高机体自由基清除系统活力的作用。
Objective: To explore the anti-free radical damage effect of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in early fracture treatment. METHODS: Serum LPO and SOD levels were measured before and after treatment in patients with early fractures. Before and after treatment, the non-Chinese medicine treatment group and the Chinese medicine treatment group were compared, and compared with the normal control group, a significant t-test was performed. Results: The serum LPO levels in patients with early fractures were higher than those in normal controls, and the SOD was decreased (P<0.001). There was no significant difference in serum LPO and SOD on the fourth day after treatment (P>0.05). The serum LPO on the fourth day after treatment was decreased and the SOD was increased (P<0.001). Conclusion: There is a pathological process of free radical damage in patients with early fractures. The traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis has the effect of resisting free radical damage and improving the vitality of the body’s free radical scavenging system.
