目的:对实验室生物安全防护情况进行调查。方法:采用艾滋病检测技术规范和实验室生物安全通用要求质量管理体系对实验室生物安全防护情况进行调查。结果:2家疾控中心的防护服、一次性隔离衣、鞋套、口罩、护目镜等防护措施均符合要求。但其一次性隔离手套质量不过关,经检查发现两家疾控中心的一次性手套并非正规厂家生产。两家疾控中心均能够对废弃物进行正确处理,所有废弃物均在密闭容器物中进行高压灭菌,而后进行焚烧,但两家疾控中心的焚烧炉并不符合环保要求,未安装环保措施。结论:艾滋病实验室生物安全防护中要注意对生物安全的培训,加强生物实验室安全管理,防止病原传播。
Objective: To investigate the laboratory biosecurity situation. Methods: To adopt the quality control system of HIV testing specification and laboratory biosafety general requirements to investigate the laboratory biosafety protection. Results: Two CDC protective suits, disposable gowns, shoe covers, masks, goggles and other protective measures were met. However, the quality of disposable gloves does not pass isolation. After examination, the two CDC disposable gloves are not produced by regular manufacturers. Both Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are able to dispose of the waste properly. All wastes are autoclaved in airtight containers and then incinerated. However, the incinerators of the two CDCs do not meet environmental requirements and are not environmentally friendly Measures. Conclusion: Biosafety training should be paid attention to in biosafety prevention of AIDS laboratories, biosafety management should be strengthened to prevent the spread of pathogens.
