新课程理念倡导“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式,而小组合作又是这种方式的具体表现。在小组合作中,优生的突出表现往往能赢得老师的青睐和赞许;学困生则常被老师忽视和遗忘。因此,在小组合作中有效转化学困生意义重大。文章从学困生在小组合作中不实效的现象、小组合作转化学困生的策略两个方面作了一定论述。
The idea of a new curriculum advocates the learning style of “autonomy, cooperation and inquiry”, and the group cooperation is the concrete manifestation of this approach. In the group cooperation, the outstanding performance of eugenics can often win the favor and praise of the teacher; poor students are often ignored and forgotten by the teacher. Therefore, it is of great significance to effectively translate learning difficulties in group cooperation. The article makes some comments on the two aspects of the phenomenon that students with learning difficulties do not work well in group cooperation and the strategy that group cooperation turns students into learning difficulties.
