本文简要地综述了国内外次级电子发射体的研究动态。国外在材料研究方面下了很大功夫,虽然尚未得到突破,但是一些研究成果已经用于前向波放大器中。此外,对次级电子发射机理也进行了探讨,提出一些解决次级电子发射材料失效的方法。美国的Au—Mgo次级发射体和苏联的复合金属间化合物次级发射体都是值得注意的。国内研制的Cu—Al—Mg合金也已用于前向波放大器中,铼基和Au—Mgo阴极国内也在研制中。结论是发展次级发射材料是必要而且可能的。
This article briefly reviews the research progress of secondary electron emitters at home and abroad. Abroad in material research has done a lot of effort, although not yet a breakthrough, but some of the research results have been used in the forward wave amplifier. In addition, the mechanism of secondary electron emission is also discussed, and some solutions to the failure of secondary electron emission materials are proposed. It is noteworthy that the U.S. secondary Au-Mgo emitters and the Soviet Union’s composite intermetallic compound secondary emitters are noteworthy. Domestic developed Cu-Al-Mg alloy has also been used in the forward-wave amplifier, rhenium-based and Au-Mgo cathode is also under development. The conclusion is that the development of secondary emissive materials is necessary and possible.
