广播电视作为党和政府的重要舆论工具,肩负着宣传好、贯彻落实好《十二五规划纲要》精神的重要使命。随着文化体制改革的不断深入,随着科学技术的迅猛发展,十二五时期,我们的广播电视也面临着如何实现科学发展,如何实现平稳健康转型的问题。为了更加全面深入地研究探讨这一问题,中国广播电视协会与宁波广播电视集团联合举办了“‘宁波广电杯’十二五时期广播电视的科学发展”有奖征文活动。
As an important media tool for the party and government, radio and television shoulder the important mission of publicizing and implementing well the spirit of the “12th Five-year Plan”. With the continuous deepening of the reform of the cultural system, with the rapid development of science and technology, our radio and television are also facing the issue of how to achieve scientific development and how to achieve a steady and healthy transition in the 12th Five-Year Plan period. In order to conduct a more comprehensive and in-depth study on this issue, the China Radio and Television Association and the Ningbo Broadcasting and Television Group jointly held a prize-winning essay entitled “Scientific and Technological Development of Radio and Television in Ningbo during the 12th Five-Year Period of Ningbo Broadcasting Cup”.
