目的对老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病的临床表现进行分析与总结。方法选取我院2013年2月~2014年2月间收治的老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病病人68例,将其设置为观察组,同时选取我院该时间段收治的老年单纯慢性肺源性心脏病病人68例,将其设为对照组。对比分析两组病人的心电图差异、临床表现以及疗效。结果观察组临床各项症状发生率显著高于对照组;心电图的异常症状,观察组也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论合并冠心病对老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者的各项临床症状以及心电图监测影响较大。
Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical manifestations of senile chronic cor pulmonale complicated by coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty-eight patients with senile chronic cor pulmonale and coronary heart disease admitted from February 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. All the patients were enrolled in the observation group. At the same time, 68 cases of patients with heart disease, set it as the control group. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients ECG differences, clinical manifestations and efficacy. Results The incidence of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The abnormal symptoms of ECG were also significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Coronary heart disease has a great impact on clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram monitoring in elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale.
